This bag of Oolong tea was one of the two i packed to ship to Ha Noi couple days ago. I had to pay like double of the original shipping price for a overnight-guaranteed-deliver-service. Sound reasonable. But the thing is after 2 days, the supposed-receiver told me that he hadn’d heard anything from the post office yet. And 2 more days after that, a post officer came over my house to inform me that they couldn’t deliver my package due to their stupid BS blah blah reasons whatever.. then told me to pay the fee again to get my stuff back. I was like what the shit was going on? i was supposed to pay them again for not delivering my package??? well, should i thank them also?

i was uber pissed. i swear this was the first and also the last time i ever used Vietnam postal service. Never ever again for the rest of my life. Goshhhh
